🎯 Purpose

Get to signature faster. To move contracts to signature, Crosby is offering ‘Calls with Crosby,’ included at no additional cost while in Beta.

These are 30 minute calls facilitated by Crosby with you and the Counterparty’s lawyer to help resolve specific legal issues.

Crosby prepares, facilitates, and—when consensus is reached—delivers a single, consolidated redline.

We recommend a call when these five criteria are met:

[ ] It’s actually stuck. You’ve had three or more turns of redlines.
[ ] It’s legally discrete (not commercial). There are 1–8 issues (e.g., Indemnity cap, limitation of liability, SLA / credits, DPA schedules, Governing law, IP or insurance terms)

(Commercial terms like price, term, or scope aren’t covered—this is purely to unblock legal language fast.)
[ ] It’s revenue-meaningful or time-critical. The deal is ≥ $25K ARR (or $75K TCV) or tied to a quarter close, launch, or executive commitment.
[ ] Documents are ready. Current markups from both sides are available so we can prep an issue matrix.
[ ] A call is required to move forward. If the counterparty is requesting a live negotiation, we’ll facilitate it.
