This message shows the correct way to use the integration: a separate thread for each counterparty, a clear and specific request, an attached .docx file for markup, and a tag for @Crosby. Following this format ensures your request can be processed quickly and without delays.

Channel View (New Counterparty): create a new thread for each counterparty using just the counterparty’s name. Only create one thread per counterparty — keep everything for that counterparty in the same place.

Thread View (Existing Counterparty): use this for ongoing negotiations with the same counterparty. Post all requests and documents in the same thread, and always include your request, context (such as deal size, priority, or document type), and tag @Crosby. Attach files in .docx format for edits; PDFs may be used for reference only.
Your Slack message must include all three parts in one post:
For markup: only Word (.docx) files are accepted.
⚠️ PDF, Google Docs, Pages must be converted to Word before submission. Otherwise, your request will be delayed.
For reference only (no edits): Word (.docx) or PDF.
Keep all requests and attachments together in one message. This allows us to work on your review faster!
